Yearbook Dedication Organization

Preparations included preparing a powerpoint presentation for students as they arrive and also for the Dedication program, itself. Preparations also included setting up, cleaning the stage area and the gymnasium for the schoolwide assembly. I was responsible for supervising the custodial and maintence staff as they set up both the seating and the sound system of the facilities in our gymnasium. I prepared students on the yearbook staff for presenting their portion of the presentation and was the master of ceremonies of the program. The principal of my school was out of town and left me in charge of this project.

Yearbook Distribution

Over 300 yearbooks were distributed within 30 minutes by the yearbook staff. This was set up prior to the beginning of the distribution by placing names of the students who had paid in full. Approximately 50% of our student body purchase a yearbook.
